From a question to a working thing

START WITH
WHAT YOU HAVE.

An idea on paper. A board that won’t boot. A prototype ready for its next version. We can take it from there.

01

Test an idea.

Before you commit to a full product.

You bring

A problem, a rough idea or a question you need answered.

We do

Explore options, test the uncertain parts and build a proof of concept.

You get

A demonstration, findings and a clearer path forward.

Research & developmentProof of conceptFeasibility tests
02

Build a prototype.

Make the boards, code and enclosure work together.

You bring

The use case, key requirements and any work already done.

We do

Design the electronics and enclosure, write the code, assemble and test.

You get

A working prototype, design files, code, CAD and test notes.

03

Move it forward.

Fix what is stuck. Prepare the next version.

You bring

Existing hardware, source files and the issues you are seeing.

We do

Debug, improve the design and build small batches when the scope calls for it.

You get

Updated hardware and files, test findings and agreed small-batch units.

Board bring-upDesign improvementsSmall-scale production

The parts.
And the whole.

We can own one part of the build or bring the hardware and software together.

01

Electronics

Circuit design, custom PCBs, assembly, power systems and board testing.

02

Software on hardware

Firmware, embedded Linux, drivers and getting new boards running.

03

Robotics

ROS, motion control, sensors and making the whole robot work together.

04

Enclosures & builds

CAD, in-house 3D printing, prototype assembly and small-scale production.

Built in. Not an afterthought.

The handover is part of the job.

Your prototype, PCB files, code, CAD, notes and findings. We agree on the deliverables before we start.

Discuss your build

The way we work

Built with you.
Step by step.

We agree on the scope, show the progress and hand over the work.

  1. 01

    Talk

A call or meeting with Kartikey. We understand the problem, the users and what a useful result looks like.

You get: A shared problem statement
  2. 02

    Plan

We explore the options and send a proposed solution, scope and quote. We agree on the next step before building.

You get: A proposal and quote
  3. 03

    Build

Boards, code and enclosures come together. Video demos let you see the work and give feedback along the way.

You get: Hardware you can see working
  4. 04

    Test

We check the agreed goals, work through issues and record what we learn. Hardware can be sent to your location.

You get: Test notes and findings
  5. 05

    Hand over

You receive the prototype and all the project files: PCB design, code, CAD, notes and findings.

You get: The build and the files

A few useful answers

Before we
start building.

I only have an idea. Can we talk?

Yes. Tell us what problem you want to solve and who it is for. Kartikey will help you work out what should be tested or built first.

Can you handle the enclosure as well?

Yes. We handle enclosure design and CAD, have our own 3D printers, and can assemble the electronics and enclosure into a prototype.

How will I see progress?

We share video demos as the work develops. Where it helps, the actual hardware can also be sent to your location. Review points are agreed in the proposal.

What do I receive at the end?

The prototype and all project files: PCB design files, code, CAD, notes and findings. The proposal spells out the deliverables for your project.

Do you also make small batches?

Yes. We can handle PCB assembly and small-scale production. We discuss quantities, parts, testing and cost before agreeing on a batch.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

That depends on what needs to be built and what is still unknown. After the first discussion, we send a solution, proposal and quote with the scope and timeline.

Good ideas deserve a first build.

What do you want to build?

Bring the problem. Let’s work out the next step together.
